To all and singular the Sheriffs and Constables of said State, you are hereby commanded that of the goods and chattels, lands and Assessments of W. H. Harden you cause to be made the sum of twenty-five cents for State and forty three and three-fourths cents for County tax assessed against him for the year 1861, and the further sum of sixty-two and a half cents for this fifu and all other costs that may accrue in consequence of the non payment of said taxes, and I make you return in terms of Law.  Sworn March 1, 1862.
